TF2 Scout by Boy's Our Boy, AI Patch by HelloMyNameIsAAA

Bascially my first serious attempt at coding AI.
Since there is a lack of TF2 characters (and even less with AI), I decided to AI Patch Boy's Our Boy's Scout for the heck of it.
The AI patch is pretty basic and straightforward. It basically makes him use his large array of projectiles and pistols. He can also use his Shortstop Supers if he wanted too.
Since the character itself is in the Beta state, there is some bugs that could stay still. In the original character, two of his outro can bring MUGEN to a halt and those are fixed here.

Prevented the AI for continuously running if the opponents got K.Oed and the round ended.

Adjusted a few more things. Some of which should have been from from the start.

Fixed some coding flaws in the AI.

- Added to the AI the ability to move forward. Yes ! At some point he never did. *facepalm*
- Added to the AI the ability to use his other basic punch attacks when at very close range way more frequently.
